For optimal availability and pricing, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months in advance for most destinations. For peak season travel or specialized tours, 6-12 months advance booking is advisable. However, we also accommodate last-minute bookings when possible.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. For certain destinations, we also offer payment plans to help you budget for your trip.
Yes, we offer comprehensive travel insurance packages that include coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and more. While not mandatory, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all international trips.
Our standard cancellation policy provides a full refund (minus processing fees) for cancellations made 60+ days before departure. Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure receive a 50% refund, and those made less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable. Special circumstances may be considered, and travel insurance can provide additional coverage.
Yes, we can accommodate most dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and food allergies. Please inform us of any special dietary needs during the booking process so we can make appropriate arrangements with our partners.
